Nuclear Training Instructor Senior

Responsibilities The Engineering Senior Nuclear Training Instructor delivers Initial and Continuing Training to prepare employees for engineering duties. Coordinates and implements all phases of the Systematic Approach to Training in the Engineering Training Programs which includes analyzing job and task requirements, designing and developing training and evaluations, implementing training in various settings, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs.  Performs self-assessment evaluations of training programs to ensure accuracy, effectiveness and adherence to requirements.   Minimum Requirements: A four-yearBachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline or related applied science discipline from an ABET accredited institution plus eight (8) years of experience in engineering positions.  Nuclear requirement:  Any PVGS employee may be called upon to serve as a member of the Emergency Response Organization (ERO) and will be expected to fulfill their obligation as an ERO member.  Any PVGS employee may be called upon to support a refueling or short-notice outage.  This includes line roles and responsibilities as necessary to execute outage activities.  These are a condition of employment at PVGS.  Major Accountabilities: 1) Develops and maintains technical training.  Coordinates and implements the Systematic Approach to Training.  Maximizes resource utilization by integrating industry materials and expertise. 2) Plans and conducts performance analyses/assessments of line activities and performance through observation and evaluation.  Reviews assessment program results to determine trends.  Focuses industry experience on improving human performance by reviewing and incorporating assessment program results. 3) Develops and evaluates training performance indicators. 4) Performs specialized activities such as: Vision database upkeep, coordinate/track Nuclear Training Department commitments. 5) Supervises students in all training settings to the standards of conduct prescribed on Nuclear Training Department procedures.  Sets and reinforces management standards and expectations in all training settings. 6) Interfaces with the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) during plant evaluations and accreditation activities.   7) Maintains technical expertise in assigned discipline.   ID20180577

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
