IT Solutions Engineer/Analyst II/III

Responsibilities Job Family Profile Responsible for software and hardware product delivery and performance for all applications supported by the department. Drives products from design completion to volume production release through lifecycle including troubleshooting software and system problems to ensure performance and reliability. Required Education and Experience for Level II - Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field and 2 years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience. - Requires basic technical subject matter knowledge within a job area or system Required Education and Experience for Level III  - Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field and 5 years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.  - Requires strong technical knowledge within a job area or system and basic knowledge across related technical areas Preferred Special Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications - Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL programming language, database management and Oracle development platforms - Skills in understanding and explaining moderately technical issues and solutions in non-technical terms; working effectively in teams and across organizations; balancing and prioritizing between multiple work streams; collaborating with colleagues and teams in different fields across a diverse organization; solving moderate problems in own area of work -Familiarity with Site Work Mangement System is a plus -Experience with HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Angular and Application servers like WebLogic and WebSphere would be preferred, but not essential Nuclear requirement: Any PVGS employee may be called upon to serve as a member of the Emergency Response Organization (ERO) and will be expected to fulfill their obligation as an ERO member.      Any PVGS employee may be called upon to support a refueling or short-notice outage.  This includes line roles and responsibilities as necessary to execute outage activities.  These are a condition of employment at PVGS. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
